The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

The parking situation at their office was ridiculous. I ended up having to pay for parking because there were no spots available near the office. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment.
