I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
