This is probably the most brilliant doctor I've met in my life. He processes information and hears what you say .. like nobody else I know. Someone else said he was an 'odd soul' but not in a negative way. True! Quite different from just about anybody else. Has an instinct for figuring out what is going on in your body (and mind) like none other I've met. I started with him in 1994 and would never change. He'll have to retire before I go to another neurologist. Love his skills, the way he talks to you, all of it. HIGHLY recommend, just know he is not like Marcus Welby, M.D. for the most part.

Dr Maurice is an odd soul. I don't mean that negative. He is different. I have known him for over 25 years. I have seen him off and on for many of those 25 years. He can be quite abrasive and loud. I have heard him using choice words loudly in the office. He will take his time with you, He writes in calligraphy, he is just a character. I trust him completely. I worked at the hospital and all the nurses knew if you needed a neuro doc he was one of two to go to. The other one was a sedate good doctor. So you had your choice of personalities.He used to tell us jokes and brighten up the nurses station.
