I was a patient of Dr. Spitzer, Dr. Girard's partner for many years. Dr. Spitzer retired. They put my records in storage without telling me. (I was informed that Dr. Spitzer retired). I needed to access my records to qualify for a program that could have helped me with my essential tremor. This office told me it was a big deal to get access the records. They dragged their feet so long that I missed the opportunity. It turns out the records were one floor away in the basement of their building. After making an angry inquiry, they retrieved the records in less than 60 minutes. This was after waiting for more than month for a response. This is typical of this office. Expect to wait a long long time for an appointment or any other help. They don't give a damn about their patients. I do not recommend them unless you like to sit on your butt and be frustrated
