Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
