It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Dr Tsai pays great attention to detail and goes above and beyond his call of duty. When I was under another surgeons care and Tsai wasn't even my Dr he came on Christmas day to the hospital to visit me. The staff there is friendly professional and always helpful thank you Grace, Jerry and Dr Tsai.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. There was lots of available parking at their office/clinic. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking as there's a huge parking lot in front of his offcie/clinic. I wish they would update their equipment a little more. It was fairly current, nothing special though.

I do have a complain about Dr. Tsai as he barely gave me any information that I need at the time I was at his office/clinic at all. He even asked me to do my own research online. I did my own research to get my questions answered. I really doubt now if he's really an Internist as he claims to be. I heard a lot of complain from my relatives and friend.

I am not going back to this doctor at all. I'm NOT recommending this doctor at all.
