They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available.
