They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Dr. Gores is the best doctor I'v ever seen. As the saying goes, "I ain't gettin' any worse". High praise from me. PJW
