I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The doctor's nurse didn't ask enough questions to take a complete history and the doctor himself was a little too laid back for me. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.
