Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
I knew I was in the right place when half the people in the waiting room were other doctors! Austin is thorough in his evaluations. Lots of blood tests but that tells me he keeps a close watch on my rheumatoid arthritis. He's the only doctor that has ever really helped me with this damn disease. If you've got arthritis go see him.
