The chairs in their waiting room serve their purpose and I couldn't complain. The waiting area is average, but there is always a seat available. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to giving the patient the best treatment possible. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I really appreciate the extra effort they make and that Dr. Strauss is always available from early in the morning to very late in the day. The best physician I have ever had.
