Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. His wife is also a very pleasant woman. I visited Dr. Herr's office recently in hopes of finding some answers to recurrent problems. I ended up waiting for an hour and a half. Dr. Herr was discourteous, impatient, and more interested in talking than listening. I do NOT recommend him or this facility for anybody that has a serious issue with a sensitive subject.
