I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
