I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
