I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. THE WAITING TIME WAS RIDICULOUS! I WENT IN THERE FOR ONE SHOT AND I WAS IN THE WAITING OFFICE FOR OVER AN HOUR. they obviously forgot about me because everyone that got there after me was getting called in before me. very annoying
