(Your template is a ridiculous format for a review. It is 110 outside in our town. The biggest issue is not whether the office is too cold or not. )
Dr. Namihas is an excellent doctor, and the other staff seem nice, but this office (Mercy Family Health) is very very bureaucratic. It is probably great if you have Medi-Cal, because it is set up for that, but if you have other insurance I would go somewhere else.
