They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
