It was obvious that they didn't take any pride in their office's appearance. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait over two hours (not exaggerated). Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. The wait was absolutely ridiculous.
It saddens me that Dr. Smith and his office are a reflection of the medical field. They were not considerate of our time (over two hour wait), not considerate of our questions (I asked why some were being seen before us even though they had arrived after) and seemingly not concerned with what we think (I wanted to complain or give my input as to our LONG wait but they dismissed me).
