My experience was HORRIBLE. I first saw Dr. Kaplan in Feb 2013 due to a clicking noise in my throat. He sent me to get some testing; which was done on March 8, 2013. After not hearing from anyone in a month I started to call, and to this date 8/8/2013 I have not gotten any answers (I have not even received my test results). I have written a request to have my medical records and this request has not been honored and it's been 6 weeks. I have called over 50 times to both his home office and Shasta Community Health Center, and finally today I got a call that said Dr. Kaplan will not help me and that they have no intention of providing those test results.
Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
