They made sure every single question I had was answered. I was there for a procedure and was apprehensive, afraid of the pain that may occur. The nurses is very friendly and professional, they noticed my nervousness and the technique used by them of holding and touching me, relaxed me and I lost the fear of having pain. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I will definitely recommend this doctor to people I know. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
