II deleted the automatic comments formulated by this “system s” to provide my own feedback based on my experience with this physician. With that in mind, I've worked in the medical field for over 12 years, primarily dealing with complaints filed against medical providers and physicians. I have 1st hand knowledge of the clinical, administrative and involvements and issue that can arise from an unsatisfied patient

Dr. Jordan is by far the best clinician I have ever encountered. In military terms, this man will go beyond the call of duty to ensure that your medical care and treatment meets its standard of care. If my medical insurance would allow it, I would seek Dr Jordan’s attentions to care, not only as a Specialist, but as a Primary Care Physician as well. In my book he is Star! He understands and believes in his patients and is very direct in informing you of options of for plan treatment. I can say without a doubt that he set the standards for other physician in the medical community.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
