They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. After I told them that I didn't want my child to get certain vaccinations, they were very kind and considerate, and respected my decision. I really appreciated having a pediatrician that let me make what I felt were the right decisions for my child. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
