The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Parking can be a pain at times!
