Dr. Gray has been my physician of choice for +/- 10 years. I chose him to manage my medical treatment when Dr. Barg retired from active practice.
Overall I am very happy with Dr. Gray however, he is very busy because he is a great practitioner. I have waited more than 3 hours occasionally, with an apointment to see him, because he is so in demand. A couple years ago the clinic went to an intergrated computerized system to attempt to increase effenciey. This helped a great deal to "get in and out".

I am a medical professional myself, with 25 years in critical care and anesthesia nursing behind me. I know what quality medical care consists of. Dr. Gray is an ideal physician.

He now has decided to reduce his practice to a few hundred patients from a few thousand patients. While I applaud his decision to serve a smaller patient group, I won't continue to to be his patient.

I have decided after several months of consideration not to continue with his exclusive service. The only reason is that my medical problems do not require the individualized service his new practice provides. My schedule is flexible and I can afford to wait for an appointment.

I will continue my patronize Barg-Gray clinic. I will decide between one of Dr. Gray's partners for future medical care. The overall configuration of the clinic and efficiency of the staff are invaluable.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
