Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. I didn't have to spend a lot of time in the waiting room at all. I only spent a couple of minutes in there.
