I was out of desperation a patient for 2 years, as could not no other
resource in area. W/o equivocation or fear of defamation Dr. Schiff is
absolutely the worst psych I have seen in me life. He does not maintain
an office staff(temp-$8/hr) and I honestly wonder if he is a real psychiatrist.
My visits consisted of him discussing his problems with me and I am
yet to me such a narcissist in my life.

I do not have a serious problem but require med& ideally regular uptake by a trained professional. Schiff in my opionion should not be able
to write scripts and banned from the practice by Az Med. Board.

I had a serious falling out(he failed to show for a scheduled session
with him. For no valid excuse...and went to Beach Med. Center to
obtain meds I needed.

The Az Med Board (to best of recall) agreed he was seriously negligent
for failing to show up for a scheduled appointment but failed to disclipine him as 'so few psychiatrists' practice in Kingman. In my opinion
Dr. Schiff if a dangerous hazardous treating patients anyway, and
Az. Med. Board will in my opinion, if it continues this policy either
severely damage, maim, or kill or a patient solely because of its
refusal to provide Kingman with qualified professionals. KINGMAN
IS PART OF AZ and to permit him to practice here is in my opinion
an insult and danger to people of Kingman.

Dr. Schiff's most prominent accomplishment is affliation with
Republican Club which I consider "irrelevant" & dangerous to folks
of Kingman.

Dr. Schiff appears to practice in Nevada, treating drug intervention
cases - which may pay his bills- but leaves him in my sincere opinion
still a danger to health care profession of gen. psychiatriatry.
