They weren't friendly even one bit. He was extremely rude, abrasive, and impolite. He never looked once at my shoulder before telling me I had imaginary problems and just needed to stop taking medication. He actually raised his voice to me after I told him he was absolutely no help at all.The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating.

I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me.
