The most important thing I can say about Dr. Kaspar is that he was the most compassionate and patient doctor I ever found. My mother-in-law was his patient several years ago. She was 91 with recurring colon cancer that had mestasticized. Dr. Kaspar took all the time she desired to kindly and at her level, sitting beside her, explained what was going on in her body and what her options were. He agreed with her desire to do nothing for now. He offered counsel on the prognosis and turned out to be extreemly accurate. He offered options and explained what he could do in the future to bring comfort. When she asked, "Why can't I just die of a heart attack now?", He responded with, "Your organs are remarkably strong." Even though she did not want to go there, she decided he really was nice. I would recommend Dr. Kaspar to anyone with cancer. He is the doctor I would want for me or any more of my loved ones.
