Dr. Farias is a very sweet doctor who means well. She is very caring, compassionate, and gentle. Her nurse Cami, is also very attentive and personable.
Pros :
Caring, Compassionate,Friendly, and Gentle
Takes the time to listen to concerns
Genuinely interested in concerns
Office is always clean and welcoming
Billing: They will take payments and are willing to work with you
They have a Sonora Quest Lab in office so you can get blood work done - one stop shop
3D sonogram
Cons:
Wait Time: Waited 1.5 hours to been seen (longest time), 40 minutes (fastest time)
She had a delivery and I was not notified till I showed up to the appointment, choice was to wait or see nurse practitioner...I waited 2.5 hours
Have to call and ask about test results, or remind them to call you to talk to you about the results and even then you don't get a doctor's explanation

Conclusion:
The practice in general seems very busy. Dr. Farias means well and I was excited about getting to know her and having her take on my case. But for me and what my family goals are I needed a practice that was going to take the time to make me a priority. I don't have the luxury of doing the wait and see game.
If you are one to have easy breezy pregnancies then I would say she is a-go-to, but if you have complications and need thorough answers on a consistent basis, go somewhere else.

Dr. Farias is the best OBGYN that I have had. She performed a hysterectomy via the Di Vinci last year after several years of suffering with very heavy bleeding only after exausting other options as I was not sure that I was ready to give up my uterus. She was available to me after hours when I developed swelling in my arm after the surgery and got me into to see her for treatment. She is compassionate, caring, respectful, and professional. By far I would and do reccomend her to my friends and anyone that is looking for a OBGYN.
