The doctor assumptively wrote a script for a particular brand of birth control. I had side effects to it and he wrote out another perscription to anothr brand medication. My questions were answered but Dr Faulk always seems like he is in a rush and doesnt have a lot of time for his patients. I feel like I'm just another client to them, and one that does not have urgent needs so I feel like a lower priorety. I am consistently seen late at my appointmnents. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.
