Disrespect patient water broke at 3 am made patient wait until 11:30 am refused to tell a patient the baby heart rate dropped really low went surgery room was ready at 7 am, He feel refused to do the job went the patient stated cannot be delivered, the child on own. the year was 2001, Feb.
