I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
