My sister was a patient and died due to natural causes. She was to be donated to science but because Dr. Cunningham did not fill out the cause of death completely as requested by the medical examiner and the mortuary. After 7 days we were told that the medical school could not take her because the mortuary was past it time for a permit, now we have to pay 175/day storage on the body and approx 950 for cremation that all would have been free had Dr. Cunningham done the paperwork properly and within the 72 hours that the LAW gives him to do it.

I had to wait quite a while for them doctor and my entire day's schedule was messed up. I felt very rushed once he did come in. My privacy was violated at the check out desk when things were discussed there that should not have been, I was shocked to learn that this doctor is on the Arizona Medical Board! I guess this is why he is so awful and violates people's privacy. If he gets taken before the medical board he doesn't have to worry about it.
