The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. One thing that's been so annoying about #fullname|business~this provider#, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment.
