They ignored my questions. They asked if I'd like to see the doctor on this visit. I said yes, but never saw her. When I have called them with questions, the receptionist told me the nurse would call at the end of rounds, but never called, even though I called numerous times. Do not go to this doctor.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
