The office was easy enough to find. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed.
When Foster was at the Rodney Parham clinic, he was a caring always had time to listen to you person. Once he moved to the new clinic all that changed, now its all about how fast he can get in and out and answer as few questions as he can. The incompentance of the offfice staff is thw worst, It starts at the front desk and extends to the nurses who lack any personality. Calling in for a refill on a perscription is a real challange, your lucky if you get it in three or four day's. I am not sure what happened, to cause the turnover in staff especially Barbara, but that guy Charles isn't qualified to answer a phone. So if you want a clinic and Doc that is, prompt, with a curteous staff, and a Doc that may give you an accurate diagnosis, with a good bedside manner, that will take the time to listen to you, and will follow up to see if you are feeling better, then find another clinic and Doctor.

Almost forgot he has a new toy, PDMP you can count on him checking on you before your appointment. If you have ever had anything filled for pain or any other scheadule medication, you just might be labeled as a.addict by him without the chance to explain or defend what his new toy shows you have taken in the past. Sad but now days your guilty even if you are innocent because the PDMP says so.

If you're looking for an unethical doctor who will also rush you through without any serious consideration of your concerns/symptoms this is your guy. He'll be happy to take you & your insurer's money & move you out & the next patient in. I am still in pain on a daily basis & have now lost about 25lbs. I can only eat a small amount at a time. All they took was a very narrow array of blood test... No xray or other scans of any kind. You've been warned...
