They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. It can get frustrating to wait. However, when she finally sees us she is worth the wait, very charming, thorough, and knowledgeable, and the staff makes every effort to accommodate our schedule.
