The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office.
