The staff was very friendly and professional, which I appreciated. they offered a discount since I was uninsured which helped me out. They took me as a walkin because I didn't have an apt and couldn't get in with my regular doctor--Dr Funk will now be my regular doctor! The wait time, considering I was a walkin patient, was not bad at all - 45 min-compared to other doctors I have seen. Dr funk listened to me and didn't rush me out the door--he seems to really care for his patients. His staff respects him and was very welcoming despite the fact they were sooo busy
