I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated.
