They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. They can NEVER find my information, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They were very qualified and knowledgeable.(When they could find my info)
