At one time she was very good, but over the years her behavior became rude and dismissive. Unfortunately I had to cancel an appointment due to weather and she questioned me about it as if I were lying. She also questioned me canceling a surgical procedure (due to other medical issues) and it was obvious she was very displeased with me. At that point I dropped her as a provider. She is rated, in medical reviews of ENTs in the area, as having the highest rating for performing surgical procedures -- they make her more money. Everything besides surgery should be attempted prior to more invasive procedures but I'm not sure she believes that.
Their website claims they treat allergies. In fact, on the list of services they provide it's number 5 of about 20. Yet if you make an appointment, they won't treat you. They'll treat your sinus infection but the allergies that cause it? Nope, you're on your own. Waste of time.
