Dr. Wideman was the greatest doctor I've ever know.. I met him in 1975 and remained in contact with him and Mrs. Wideman until about the early part of 2011... I was fortunate to have been his hairdresser in the 70's until my late husband who was in the Air Force and retired after 22 years was transferred on another assignment .... I still have the silver plate Dr. Wideman gave to me as a going away gift and i think of him everytime I look at it.. He will always be my hero and I never guestioned his medical advice or anything he said I needed or didn't need... That's just the way it was ... If he said it I believed it and he was never wrong I miss him and knowing I can't call on him is devastating... He is and will always be in my opinion a great doctor and a godsend for a friend ...
