I wouldn't say this trainer really tracked my progress all that well. I was weighed and measured at the beginning and that was it. I do feel that this trainer is overly focused on physical appearance. They talk more about what a good body looks like than what I can do to improve my health. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day.

Trainer never showed up for the paid for class, and didn't respond to my many emails and phone calls to return my money. I don't think he cares at all about my training, or my satisfaction. Very unprofessional.
