‪#‎FacialTechnquesComplaint‬ /Today is 01/20/2015. I have been trying to get an appointment since 12/23/2014 at #FacialTechniques. After leaving 5 voicemails, 4 emails (of which neither were ever answered) and 1 in-person trip to the ‪#‎FacialTechniques‬ office, ‪#‎LauraFoster‬ was at the front desk and explained her front desk staff was ill. I asked if she could make an appointment (since I drove 48 minutes to her office) and she said "NO, someone will call you". It seemed to be a rather RUDE response given that I had been there previously and had already spent around $2000 in sum. Even further, Laura's inability to take less than 2 minutes to make an appointment for me after all of the trouble I've gone through requesting an appointment was and IS inexcusable.

First and foremost, ‪#‎CustomersComeFirst‬! Recommendation: Find another aesthetician more responsive!
