It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. DR RACHEL IS A GREAT DERMATOLOGIST!! HE HELPED CURE MY SKIN DISORDER I'VE HAD FOR 15YRS IN 3MO'S! THANKS DR!

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
