They have a promotion or special going on sometimes, I had an impression the only think about the money, I went because of a skin condition and they controlled it but now I need laser hair removal and I dont know if I should trust them because they seem desperate for the money and I know about the induced growth that some companies practice to keep going back to do the treatment for ever or longer than supposed to, I'm scared

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. Clearly they care about patient comfort, because they have very comfortable chairs in their waiting room. I didn't mind waiting at all. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
