I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

I did not feel like I was being listened to as he provided a diagnosis for which I had no symptoms. I do not believe Dr. Song can diagnose a dead horse.
