They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I've been looking for an orthopedic surgeon that put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important and I think I found it. They are warm, friendly, and one of the most welcoming offices I've visited.
