They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
